User Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement ("Terms") forms a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Softon LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under registration No. HE 463977 ("Operator", "we", "us"), concerning your access to and use of the website casinosmash.me.uk ("Website"). The Operator acts under the authorisation of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, reference ALSI-984786326-FI2.

By opening the Website, registering an account or using any part of the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must stop using the Website immediately.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms take effect once they are published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

Website Usage

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using the Website, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old, or of the higher legal age required in your country of residence;
you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
your use of the Website is not prohibited by the laws that apply to you;
all information you provide to us is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is lawful in the place where you live. The Operator does not accept responsibility for use of the Website in places where it is not permitted.

The following activities are prohibited:

We may suspend or close an account, withhold payments where the law allows, and refuse access to the Website if we believe that these Terms have been breached.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to view the Website for your personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, adapt, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

Limitation Notice

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that:

any defect will be corrected within a specific period;
the information on the Website is complete, current or free from mistakes.

Liability Limits

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of the Operator to you for any claim connected with the Website will not exceed the amount you deposited with us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, employees and partners against any claim, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, under whose authorisation the Operator acts, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions that apply to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.

You agree to try to resolve any dispute first by contacting us in writing at the address below. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory rules on jurisdiction that apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
